Wind Powered Vehicle, Ventomobile, Ready To Race In The Netherlands. Students of the Team InVentus at Stuttgart University constructed a vehicle that is solely powered by wind energy called the Ventomobile. Looking like a recumbent bicycle with a big propeller at the top, it took the students months of intense construction work to make. According to the students, the first wind tunnel testing produced very promising results. The three-wheeler’s two-bladed rotor has a diameter of two meters and efficiency has proven to be extremely good.
